Swim Instructor

Location: Sandy, UT

SwimLabs Sandy is looking for enthusiastic, reliable Swim Instructors who love working with kids and want to be part of a supportive, high-energy team.

What You’ll Do:

Teach swimmers of all ages using our proven, award-winning curriculum
Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment
Provide exceptional customer service to swimmers and families
Help maintain our clean, professional facility
Participate in promotional and community events as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable, dependable, and great with kids
Swimming background required (competitive, instructional, or strong lap-swimming experience preferred)
Welcoming, positive, and professional demeanor
Willingness to learn—we provide all training needed to teach lessons
Must be at least 16 years old

Schedule & Availability:

5–20 hours per week
Monday–Saturday, days and evenings
Flexible scheduling available

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We offer Free Trial classes for Group Lessons for new swimmers.

What do I need to bring to my lesson?

Please bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a swim cap or hair tie for swimmers with long hair. Forgot something? No problem—these items are available for purchase at our school. Important Potty-Training Policy: Swimmers who are not potty-trained are required to wear two layers of protection: a disposable swim diaper underneath a reusable swim diaper. Both options are available for purchase on-site.
